The World Bodypainting Festival, is an annual body-painting festival and competition that has wowed audiences since its creation in 1998. This fascinating event takes place about July in the picturesque city of Klagenfur, south of Austria.
Body painting has gained more and more traction in the make-up world over the years. It is visually stunning, creatively impressive and can be technically dramatic. Artists from more than 50 different nations stun and entertain visitors with their high quality artistic creations.
At night there’s a little piece of magic. Using fluorescent colors and black light, the models literally glow during their presentation, creating a visually stunning effect. On the final day are the fireworks display, and the legendary colorful after-show party.
