Geranium is the only three-star Michelin restaurant in Denmark, situated on the 8th floor in Fælledparken (Common Gardens) in the center of Copenhagen. Geranium is owned by Rasmus Kofoed and Søren Ledet, who together opened the restaurant in 2010.
At the helm is chef Rasmus Kofoed, the most decorated chef in the world with bronze, silver, and gold in the Bocuse d’Or. His contemporary Nordic tasting menu comprises 17 plus inspired courses – transformed into edible art.
The wine list of Geranium has its own legacy driven by Sommelier and General Manager Søren Ledet with a fascinating classic wine pairing to complement the dishes and guests’ individual tastes.
The restaurant’s décor features all the characteristics of world-renowned Danish design: stylish, minimal ornamentation, modern furniture, lucid with white and gray color scheme. The kitchen partially closed by a glass wall, allows diners to peek inside at will. The floor to ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
